Senior Development Manager

We are looking for a new co-worker who will be responsible for planning, concept creation, organizing and implementation of assigned project until the final stage of the project (sale/leasing).

Main responsibilities

• Make decisions about all key problems and project milestones (concept, financial plan, business plan, deadlines, suppliers, clients).
• Project schedule preparation.
• Project team management.
• Coordination of project due diligence.
• Correctly and in timely manner ensure feasibility and project budget processing.
• Coordinate and prepare draft for zoning plan, urban studies and other relevant documentation.
• Secure required studies and research for project documentation processing (traffic study, emission study etc.).
• Coordinate material preparation for zoning documentation, building permit documentation, tender documentation and documentation for construction realization.
• Secure positive project negotiation between all relevant parties of state services.
• Ensure the issuance of valid zoning decisions, building permits, permits to change the building before completion, approval decisions…
• Communicate with external consultants, researchers and others.
• Correctly and on time ensure supervision over the activities of the contractor.
• Ensure selection and contractual relations with external consultants.

Required skills and experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of construction / development project development / architecture / urban planning.
• University degree in relevant field.
• Experience in preparing tenders and process management.
• Knowledge of working with project documentation.
• Economic knowledge, good management skills, assertiveness.
• Excellent communication skills and result-oriented.
