We have been building in Slovakia since 2010. Despite our humble beginnings as a small company, we have been one of the most modern and progressive developers in Slovakia.
We have established ourselves on the market, particularly by always offering our customers a healthier alternative and higher housing standards.
From day one, we have tasked ourselves with making each new project a step better than the last. From smaller projects in our early days, we gradually grew and moved towards larger and more ambitious developments in cooperation with the biggest names in world’s architecture and urbanism. Throughout the years, we have successfully revitalized multiple brownfields in Bratislava, converting them into vibrant urban neighbourhoods.
We solidified our position as leaders in ecological development by obtaining a certification for constructing the most environmentally friendly building in Slovakia and Slovenia, where we operate since 2018.. In 2022, we have also opened our office in Prague, Czechia.

When “inheriting” a project that faced strong opposition from both local residents and the council for a decade, it can be challenging to move forward. However, we saw an opportunity to make progress by scaling back the initial plans for 400 residential units to 66 high-quality homes topped with green roofs.
The project comprises 42 building plots and 22 beautifully crafted villas, each consisting of 3 family-sized apartments, with one apartment on each floor. Of the 44 apartments available, 22 are 2-bedroom top floor apartments boasting a roof terrace with magnificent views of Devín castle, while the other 44 are 3-bedroom garden flats.
Devín is a picturesque part of Bratislava, known for its unspoiled character as an old wine-producing village. We have contributed to the preservation of this character by working closely with the conservation authority. The area is also noteworthy for its diverse range of leisure activities, including romantic walks along the river and popular cycling trails around Devínska Kobyla.
