From smaller projects in our early days, we gradually grew and moved towards larger and more ambitious developments in cooperation with the biggest names in world’s architecture and urbanism. Throughout the years, we have successfully revitalized multiple brownfields in Bratislava, converting them into vibrant urban neighbourhoods.
We solidified our position as leaders in ecological development by obtaining a certification for constructing the most environmentally friendly building in Slovakia and Slovenia, where we operate since 2018.. In 2022, we have also opened our office in Prague, Czechia.

The aim of this award-winning development was to regenerate a derelict site located just outside the city centre and elevate it to a standard worthy of its prominent location. The project succeeded in bringing new homes, office and retail spaces, as well as a brand new town square, to the area, thereby revitalizing and transforming the once-neglected location into a vibrant and attractive destination.
This development comprises of 210 luxurious homes, ranging from studios to spacious 4-bedroom apartments, each featuring modern amenities such as floor heating and chilled ceilings as standard. The buildings are arranged in such a way as to create a private courtyard, providing residents with a serene oasis of peace amidst the hustle and bustle of the city.
The residents have easy access to a variety of public amenities which are only available in the city centre, such as shops, galleries, and theatres. However, they may not need to venture out as a shopping arcade and public square equipped to host a wide range of cultural events are part of the development.
